Heat and humidity make pests worse here. Years of local experience means we use what works.
You'll know exactly what you're paying before we start. No surprise add-ons, no bait-and-switch.
A WDO inspection — short for Wood-Destroying Organism — is a licensed inspector's written report on whether termites, wood-decaying fungi, or other wood-destroying pests have damaged a property. In Florida it's issued on the state-approved inspection form, and lenders routinely require one before a home sale closes. Buyers order it to avoid inheriting hidden termite damage; sellers order it ahead of listing so a surprise finding doesn't stall the closing. If you're on a contract with a deadline, we can usually inspect and turn the report around fast.

Yes. We use products and application methods rated safe for households with children and animals, and your technician will tell you if there is any short window you should keep pets off a treated area while it dries.
It depends on the pest, the size of the property, and how established the infestation is - a single ant problem and a whole-home termite treatment are not comparable jobs. The inspection is free, and you get a flat price in writing before any work begins.
It is not required by law, but lenders very commonly require a WDO report as a condition of closing, and many buyers request one during their inspection period. Sellers often order one before listing so that termite damage does not surface late and delay the sale.
South Florida heat and humidity let pests breed year round, so most homes here do best on a quarterly plan. Active infestations are handled first with a targeted treatment, then maintained on a schedule that fits your property.
